Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
Simba is an AI-powered platform that acts on your behalf across messaging, content publishing, and advertising. To keep the Service safe for everyone — and to comply with the policies of the platforms we connect to — you agree to the rules below.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use Simba to create, publish, send or facilitate content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes illegal activity.
- Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence.
- Is sexually explicit, depicts minors in any sexual context, or promotes child exploitation.
- Promotes regulated goods (firearms, narcotics, prescription drugs, gambling, tobacco, alcohol) in violation of applicable law.
- Contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise the security of any system.
- Misrepresents your identity, business, affiliation, or product.
2. Messaging conduct (WhatsApp / Instagram / Email / SMS)
When using Simba to send messages on your behalf, you must:
- Send only to recipients who have opted in to receive messages from your business.
- Honour opt-out and stop requests immediately.
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Messaging Policy.
- Use approved message templates for non-session messages on WhatsApp.
- Not send unsolicited promotional, transactional, or political bulk messages.
- Clearly identify your business and provide a means for the recipient to contact you.
3. AI-generated content
Simba may draft messages, posts, ads, replies, and other content using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. AI-generated drafts require your explicit Approve, Send, or Publish action before any content is sent or published to Meta, WhatsApp, or any other connected platform. Simba does not auto-send or auto-publish AI drafts without that confirmation.
4. Advertising conduct
When using Simba to manage Meta or other ad platforms you must comply with the relevant Advertising Policies of each platform. AgentiqMinds may pause campaigns that violate platform policy or expose your account to suspension.
5. Lead form data (Lead Ads)
Lead Ads / lead form submissions retrieved from Meta or other connected platforms are for your own business follow-up only. You may not resell them or transfer them for unrelated advertising. You may share lead data with third parties only as required to fulfil the service the lead requested from your business.
6. Platform integrity
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Simba.
- Bypass authentication, rate limits, or quotas.
- Use the Service to scrape data from any third-party platform in violation of that platform's terms.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
- Use Simba to build a competing product or to train competing AI models.
7. Compliance with connected platforms
You are responsible for complying with the terms of every connected platform (Meta, Google, ERPNext, Vendure, payment gateways, etc.). Violations on those platforms may also constitute a violation of these Terms.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend access, remove content, or terminate accounts. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or to the affected platform (e.g. Meta) as required.
9. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Simba in violation of this policy, email support@agentiqminds.com with the subject "Abuse Report" and as much detail as possible.
