Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data AgentiqMinds LLP holds about you, including any data we received through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business) when you connected those services to Simba.
Option 1 — Self-service inside Simba
- Sign in to app.agentiqminds.com.
- Open Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to the platform you want to remove (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.). This immediately revokes our access tokens.
- Open Settings → Account and click Delete my account to remove all your data from Simba.
Once submitted, your data and any data we obtained from Meta APIs is deleted from our active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to support@agentiqminds.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address or phone number associated with your Simba account.
- (Optional) The Facebook user ID, Instagram handle, or WhatsApp Business number whose data you want deleted.
- Confirmation that you are the account owner or are authorised to make the request.
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to data we are required to retain by law (e.g. tax invoices).
Option 3 — Revoke from Meta directly
You can also revoke Simba's access from your Meta settings at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → remove "Simba".
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "Simba".
- WhatsApp Business: contact us to terminate the Business Solution Provider connection.
Revoking from Meta stops Simba from making further API calls. To also delete data we have already received, follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
What gets deleted
Upon a deletion request we remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, business details).
- OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, and connection records for all linked platforms.
- Cached content from Meta APIs (messages, posts, page insights, ad performance) tied to your account.
- AI-generated content, drafts, and chat history associated with your account.
- Customer Content (products, customers, orders) you uploaded to Simba.
We retain only what is required by law (e.g. financial records for the statutory retention period) and anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
